Public BBQ Rules & Facilities
Northern Beaches has BBQs at Manly Dam, Forty Baskets Beach, and many other locations. Manly Dam features wood-fired BBQs.
At Manly Dam: Firewood may be in short supply - bring your own firewood.
Important: Charcoal heat beads are NOT permitted - wood only for the wood-fired BBQs.
Most BBQs are first-come, first-served.
At Manly Dam, picnic tables can be booked 8am-5:30pm. Groups of 25 or more should consider booking multiple tables.
